All products except Custom Flags on BalloonsOnAStick.com are covered under a 30-day replacement/return policy, unless otherwise specifically stated in the products description. All items are subject to review Balloons On A Stick to determine the possibility of non-replaceable returns due to outside influences such as vandalism or excessive wear. Return/Exchange shipments to Balloons On A Stick shall be paid by the purchasing party. All custom flag orders are to be approved via email. Once the item is approved it goes into production. Due to this we do not accept returns on custom items.
Please inspect all packages for damage upon arrival. If damage is found, save ALL original Packing (inner and outer) and report damage to Julie Rodriguez within 5 business days of receipt of the order.
